For online purchases, we may collect order information, delivery details, and transaction-related information necessary to process and fulfill your order.
For enrolled children and families, we may collect additional information reasonably required for childcare operations, including child registration information, date of birth, age group, enrolment schedule, attendance records, authorized pick-up information, emergency contacts, guardianship or court order information, health information, allergy information, immunization status, medication and care plans, incident or illness records, developmental observations, educator notes, photos or videos where permitted by consent or applicable policy, billing records, subsidy or funding information, and communications with parents, guardians, staff, licensing authorities, health authorities, or other professionals involved in the Child’s care.
